TSH Contracting currently offer a flexible position for an enthusiastic Shut down Fitters & Boilermakers to join our dynamic team.

This position is ideal for ensuring work life balance & we are committed to flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and working within site safety structures, including adhering to site safety directives, conducting risk assessments JHA’s and take 5’s and developing and working to SOPs.
• Competently carry out Preventative and Planned Maintenance on fixed plant, including crushing, grinding, conveyors, pumps, screens, motors, compactors, hydraulics & pneumatics.
• Inspect, diagnose, overhaul, service and repair a wide range of plant and equipment.

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Flexible approach and adaptable to change with high attention to detail
• Good time management skills and able to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to learn new processes
• Willingness to travel – DIDO & FIFO
• Previous experience working in operational maintenance (preferred but not essential)

Requirements:

• Relevant Australian recognised Mechanical or Boilermaker Trade Qualification (essential)
• Australian Drivers License
• Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Confined Space Certificate (or able to obtain)
• Working at Heights (or able to obtain)
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Willing to complete all relevant inductions on & off-site
